Hello! ... We are Brentor and Moor Compassionate Neighbours and our work is to assist people living with life-limiting conditions and those approaching end of life.

Supporting Communities to 'Look after their own'

Our warm and friendly trained volunteers make regular visits, offering companionship, support and advocacy.
We work with local health and social care professionals, our local hospice and several charities including TASS, Devon Carers and Brentor PCC
