We are dedicated to helping people in their own homes with our wonderful volunteers and partnership with St Luke’s Hospice, Plymouth. Our warm and friendly trained volunteers make regular visits, offering companionship, support and advocacy.
 
We work with local health and social care professionals, our local hospice and several charities including TASS, Devon Carers and Brentor PCC
