TRAINING with BMCN
At BMCN we recognise the importance of ensuring our volunteers are provided with appropriate training to support them in their volunteering work. Training helps to increase confidence, clarify our roles, provide opportunities to discuss challenges we may come across and to reflect on our learning development so that we can deliver the best possible support. We seek to actively contribute to our local communities by making a real difference in the lives of those living with a life-limiting condition or those approaching end of life, in their own homes. We also aim to make a difference in the lives of their partners and wider families.
